Kell Brook vs Shawn Porter Confirmed – IBF World Walterweight Title Fight

So we finaly have the verbal agreement between Kell Brook and Shawn Porter camp for IBF world title fight to be taking place on 9th August 2014 in Barclays Centre, New York. The negotiations has been long and hard since IBF officialy ordered Shawn Porter to fight Kell Brook for the world title or vacate.

The official confirmation of the fight is expected before the end of this week, and it should be announced on friday 13 June 2014. blow are the details of the fight, venue etc.

Kell Brook UK promoter Eddie Hearns, said that fight is almost confirmed as the verbal communications has been succesfull and they will proceed to sign the fight in couple of days time.

He also stated that they tried to lure Porter to UK venue but there was no interest at all, so Kell Brook agree to fight in United States against a undefeated IBF walterweight champion and this will be the first title fight of Brooks career.
