Gennady Golovkin vs Marco Antonio Rubio KO…….

Kazakh knockout artist Gennady Golovkin returned to action last night (October 18th, 2014) as he went up against overweight Mexican foes Marco Antonio Rubio. The undefeated knockout artist bashed his taller foe, eventually putting in a somewhat simple finish with an over-the-top left hand in round 2.

For his part, Rubio simply showed up. His offense was one-dimensional and sloppy, and his defense was sub-par to the occasion. However skilled he may have proved to be in the past, it looks like Rubio needs to re-think his strategy. GGG moves to 31-0 with the win, with a staggering 29 knockouts to his credit.
