How the teams are seeded in pots ?

There are total 32 teams which are divided into 4 pots containing 8 teams each. Pot 1 has the top seeded teams according to FIFA Rankings for october 2013 while in Pot 2 we have asian and north/central american sides, pot 3 has african and south american teams plus france who are the lowest rated european side. Pot 4 has the non seeded European teams. Below is how the pots are arranged.

1 team will be drawn from 1 group to form 1 group, there will be 8 groups which will contain 4 teams and no more than 2 european sides can be drawn in group while max 1 team from each of the other contents in every group.
