Arsenal will play host to last season’s high-flying champions Manchester City this Saturday September 13th, as the Sky Blues make the trip to London to face Arsene Wenger’s Gunners. Will the home team be able to keep the champions from finding the net, or will City give Arsenal the blues at home?

The Gunners have not been performing as well as expected this season picking up just one win from the season’s first three fixtures. They looked great at Goodison park for the first 45 minutes, but then fell apart in the second half as they squandered a two-goal lead. City will look to build on their rivals apparent early season jitters.

Manuel Pellegrini’s Manchester City had a great start to the 2014-15 Premier League Season. The Sky Blues dominated top 10 teams Newcastle ad Liverpool but came unstuck last Saturday. Stoke visited the City of Manchester Stadium, and left the champions stunned in a 1-0 upset. Expect City to come out firing, although a repeat of the Stoke City game could mean defeat in London.

Arsenal vs Manchester City 2014-15 English Premier League Prediction

This is actually a tough one to call, as City had their worst game of the season by far against Stoke, and Arseanl’s form has been well below par. It all depends which team has the most ability to bounce back, or the most talent to do so with. Both nods go to Manchester City, in my book. They have a team breaming with some of the worlds best players, and will look to erase the memories of their home defeat to the underdogs Stoke. 3-1 City, take it to the bookies
