The World Tour Finals, which serves as the last tournament of a tennis calendar, ended on Sunday with Novak Djokovic emerging victorious. The season officially done and dusted, the players now take pleasure in the month-long gap before the next season kicks-off.

But, instead of planning about the lay-off, Djokovic has already set his eyes upon adding more feathers to his illustrious cap next year with the Roland Garros and the Rio Olympics being the priorities for the Serb in 2016.

“Roland Garros is always one of the biggest challenges I have every year, but it’s not the only one. There are the Olympic Games that are happening every four years,” the 28-year-old was quoted by TOI.

“Obviously we have to be honest that there is more importance to Grand Slams and the Olympic Games,” he continued. “I’ll try to always peak at the right moments and always try to perform my best at the biggest events.”

Djokovic will look to ride on his sublime form as the next season approaches, having bagged a whopping 11 titles this year including three of the four Grand Slam title and a runner-up finish at Roland Garros.
