Dutch tennis star Kiki Bertens had an oops moment during her semi-final match against Johanna Konta of Great Britain at the Italian Open on Saturday.

At 1-2 (15-40) in the third set, Bertens tried her best to run towards her right in an attempt to return one to Konta, who was standing at the net.

Upon realizing it was going to be out of her reach though, she flung her racket in the air. The attempt turned out to be unsuccessful as it went on to hit one of the linesjudge.

The sixth-seeded Bertens went on to lose 5-7 7-5 6-2 to Konta, who recorded her first top-five win since upsetting Romania’s Simona Halep at Wimbledon 2017.

The British No. 1 is next scheduled to face either Karolina Pliskova of Czech Republic or Maria Sakkari of Greece for a place in the final.
