Former British tennis player, Tim Henman, has tipped World No. 1 Novak Djokovic to continue his winning spree at the upcoming Wimbledon Championships.

The Serb will look to pocket his fourth title at the All England Club, having previously won here in 2011, ‘14 and ‘15.

The 29-year-old Djokovic is in the form of his life, and accentuated it by winning the elusive Roland Garros title earlier this month. That said, Henman belives that the Serb’s 44-3 season record is likely to remain intact for a while.

“Right now Djokovic is the clear favourite in any tournament he plays with the consistency he shows,” the 41-year-old Henman was quoted as saying by Sport24.

Furthermore, he opined on the reunion of Andy Murray and his coach Ivan Lendl, saying that although the partnership is going to be favorable, it will not bother Djokovic’s dominance.

“You have to control the things that you can and who Andy is employing is neither here nor there for Djokovic.

“While getting Lendl back on board is going to work in Andy’s favour, I wouldn’t say Djokovic is going to be that bothered.”
