Serbian tennis superstar Novak Djokovic seems to be making the most of the off-season.

Just days after catching some basketball action in his hometown of Serbia, he showed off his love for football by watching Monaco and Paris Saint-Germain lock horns in a Ligue 1 fixture at the Stade Louis II in Monaco on Sunday.

Djokovic, who resides in Monaco, later took to his official Instagram account to share a story from the stands with his 3.6 million followers.

To his dismay, however, Monaco were handed a 1-2 defeat by the French club, who rode on goals from veterans Edinson Cavani and Neymar to eclipse the sole strike from home team’s Joao Moutinho.

Meanwhile, Djokovic will look to begin the fresh season on a high when his gets his campaign underway at the Mubadala World Tennis Championship, an exhibition event in Abu Dhabi, scheduled to take place between December 28-30.
