The debate has been up for many years, as to who is the greatest tennis player of time: Roger Federer or Rafael Nadal? The estimations have been pretty even from the tennis fans across the globe, but for Rafael’s uncle and coach, Toni, the former is a better tennis player.

Albeit Nadal leads the head-to-head record against Federer by 23-10, the Spaniard has 3 Grand Slam titles less in his kitty than the Swiss, who holds the record for 17 majors under his belt.

“The truth is that Federer’s game is not doing bad at all to Rafael,” said uncle Toni, as quoted by

“Anyway, one is the best by winning titles. Federer has won 17 Grand Slam titles, Rafael has won 14,” he continued further.

“He (Federer) has been number one, I think five years, Rafael has been (for) three years.

“So there is no argument, he is the best.”
