Roger Federer met Inter Milan legend Javier Zanetti following the tennis superstar’s triumph at the Swiss Indoors in Basel on Sunday.

The two exchanged signed t-shirts as they posed for the shutterbugs. “Two legends,” Inter captioned the image to their 1.6 million followers.

Zanetti, the most capped player in the history of Inter Milan (858 games), also took to his official Instagram account to thank Federer for the signed memorabilia.

“Thank you your Majesty @rogerfederer,” he wrote alongside a picture of the duo.

Earlier, Federer didn’t disappoint the local fans as he clinched his 95 ATP title in Basel, defeating Juan Martin del Potro 6-7 6-4 6-3 in a hard-fought final.

Zanetti, 44, also exchanged singed singed t-shirts with his fellow Argentine, del Potro.

“An incredible final played @delpotrojuan at the Basel ATP! Congratulations and thanks for the exchange of shirts,” he wrote.
