Two-time Grand Slam champion, Lleyton Hewitt, will skip the forthcoming French Open 2015 to concentrate on the grass court season and Davis Cup, thereby going through his final clay season before calling it all quits.

Hewitt, who had notified that 2015 will be his last full season on the ATP World Tour, as he plans to hang up his boots after the Australian Open 2016 next year.

Having accepted a wildcard into the Queen’s draw, the Australian warhorse has set his eyes upon the Wimbledon Championships, before heading on to lead country’s quarterfinal challenge at Davis Cup against Kazakhstan.

Hewitt, 34, has been going through a rough patch in his career. He has featured in 4 tournaments this year, and is yet to go beyond the second round, hauling an outrageous win-loss ratio of 1-4 in 2015.
