Eugenie Bouchard goes all white at Monterrey player party

Canadian tennis star Eugenie Bouchard sported all whites on the red carpet of the WTA Monterrey player party. The Canadian, later, took to her official Instagram account to share a snapshot of herself with her 1.4 million followers.

Bouchard, a former World No. 5, will make her debut at the $250,000 hard-court event, starting on Monday. She has been drawn to lock horns with Spain’s Sara Sorribes Tormo in a first-round battle between two unseeded opponents.

“I’ve been to Mexico a few times and I love it there, I’m looking forward to playing good tennis and enjoying a good week,” the 23-year-old had said while committing to the tournament.

Bouchard has been struggling with form of late, having lost six matches and won just five out of the 11 matches that she has played this season. This includes four back-to-back losses that also comprises of three first-round exits (in Acapulco, Indian Wells, and Miami).
