Eugenie Bouchard is leaving no stone unturned to regain form, if her latest moves are to be believed.

The Canadian tennis star, who was once ranked as high as No. 5 in the WTA rankings and reached the Wimbledon final in 2014, had a terrible 2017 season. She finished the year with a record of 13-21, including five consecutive defeats towards the end.

But, if a change of racket and a new hitting partner could be of any help, Bouchard is up for that.

According to bolamarela, the 23-year-old has hired Robbye Poole as her new training partner and has also switched racquets, replacing Babolat for HEAD.

Poole, 33, is a former ATP player who peaked to a career-high ranking of No. 414 in 2011. He’s better known for being the former sparring partner of Serena Williams.

Bouchard will begin her 2018 season at the Hopman Cup in Perth.
