It’s no secret that there exist bitter relations between tennis stars Maria Sharapova and Caroline Wozniacki. And, it seems, the duo is not burying the hatchet anytime soon.

Earlier this year, there was debate whether or not Sharapova – who was serving a doping ban – should be handed a wildcard for the French Open earlier this year.

Among the ones to voice their opinion against Sharapova were Denmark’s Wozniacki and Poland’s Agnieszka Radwanska.

That didn’t go down well with Russian’s agent Max Eisenbud, who labelled the duo “journeyman.”

Reacting to the comments, Wozniacki told The Times: “He (Eisenbud) is scared to even see me. I walk in the player lounge and he will literally walk the other way.

“I think that is embarrassing for him since he is one of the head people of IMG.”

Earlier this year, at the US Open, Wozniacki lashed out at tournament officials for making Sharapova play on better courts.

The Russian then reacted, taking a dig at the Dane’s early exit from the tournament. “I’m in the fourth round. I’m not sure where she is.”
