It’s no secret that Roger Federer is a huge supporter of Swiss football club, Basel. The tennis superstar makes it a point to grace his presence in the football stands whenever he gets time off tennis.

And now that he is done for the season, the 35-year-old made it to watch the Champions League ‘Group A’ clash between Basel and the Paris Saint Germain (PSG) earlier this week.

Federer was the centre of attraction in the stands, even as his team lost out 1-2 against the French club.

Despite that, he paid a surprise visit to the PSG camp following the match as he posed for the shutterbug alongside Thiago Silva, Marco Verratti, Lucas Moura, and Marcos Correa among the others.

Meanwhile, Federer has been nursing a knee injury that has kept him out of action since the Wimbledon this year. He is slated to begin his 2017 season at the Hopman Cup in January.
