- West ham United has a structured wage bill for the player salaries, after 2010 they have put together a plan and a wage cap for the first team squad. There was a time when players like Kieron Dyer making around £85,000 a week but that has long gone.
- Same Allerdyce bought a few big names with some young talent mixing up between, Joe Cole came to West ham with a massive pay cut while only big earner right now is the summer signing Andy Carrol who’s wages are beleived to be around 80K weekly.
- Stuart Downing and Joe Cole also accepted a pay cut to join West ham, Downing previously at Liverpool was earning £80,000 a week but accepted 30,000 cut in his salary to join West ham same goes for Joe Cole who was on £90,000 a week at Liverpool.
