Lanzini Pull out of Argentina Olympic Team

Due to a knee injury, Argentina’s Olympic team player Manuel Lanzini has been ruled out. Argentine Football Association said in a statement, Boca Juniors’ Cristian Pavon could be replaced on West Ham midfielders.

On Last Saturday, Lanzini was injured in the Warm-up match against Colombia. Since then, West Ham United kept in touch with Argentina team to know about his injury.

Before the Olympics start next month in Rio de Janeiro, there is no chance for Lanzini of getting to recover from injuries. So the 23-year-old player will return to London for treatment.

This 23 years old attacking midfielder just named to West Ham after the end of loan from Al-Jazira for 9 million euros and with a total transfer fee of 12 million euros. Lanzini named at West Ham at last season from Al- Jazira for 6 million euros
