Shikhar Dhawan led SRH to an easy victory

Sunrisers Hyderabad which is also known as SRH is a respective and potential participant in every season of Indian Premier League (IPL). They also won a title of IPL earlier and in the ongoing season of IPL which is also known as IPL 11, Sunrisers Hyderabad started the tournament with a victory. Basically their opener Shikhar Dhawan led SRH to an easy victory against Rajasthan Royals.

Rajasthan Royals which has come from two years punishment. They ruled out from the competition couple of years ago where their respective owner acted an illegal betting action. So, they were suspended for two seasons from IPL. After passing two seasons, from IPL 11 they have started their journey in IPL once again.

Indian Premier League is one of the most prestigious league cricket competition based in India. It is also very much popular and acceptable tournament as well as the biggest league cricket event in the current World. In the tournament along with Indian local players, there are plenty of foreign players used to take part. Since the beginning of the IPL, total eight participants used to compete here for the title. Rajasthan Royals is one of the founding member of the tournament but SRH made their debut in the tournament in 2013. Now, in the 4th match of the ongoing 11th episode of the tournament, they have faced against each other.

In 9th April, 2018 the 1st match of both teams RR and SRH was hosted. It was the 4th match of the tournament which was executed at the home venue of SRH named Rajiv Gandhi International Cricket Stadium, Hyderabad. In the match, SRH won the toss and as usual took the right choice and let RR to bat first. RR started to bat in IPL after long time. Their skipper was Rahane. He with Short started to open the innings but both of them failed to amaze the people. Rahane scored 13 and Short scored 4 runs only for the team. For RR, the highest scorer was Samson who scored 49 runs so far. JUst four players touched the two figure runs in the match. So, by playing 20 overs Rajasthan Royals scored only 125 runs by losing 9 wickets.

Later, Sunrisers Hyderabad came to chase such poor score and in 15.5 overs they reached the target. By losing 1 wicket, SRH made the chase successful. Their opener Shikhar Dhawan remained unbeaten with 77 runs so far and got the player of the match award as well.
