India cricket team is so powerful right now and they are visiting an old rival of them England right now. Due to play a full tournament, ECB invited India to visit them. So, they have already started the duel tournament there. They started the tournament with T20I series where team India managed a victory by 2 – 1. But later, they have played a ODI series which consisted of three matches as well. England took a revenge in the series for their T20I defeat. The local team won ODI series against India by same 2 – 1 games. Now, they have a main schedule ahead which consists of five Test matches series. Ahead of the Test schedule, team India is playing a three days tour match against first class cricket team of England named Essex. In the match, India scored 395 runs against Essex.

In 1st August, 2018 the first Test between India and England will start and before that in 25th July, 2018 the three days tour match has started against Essex. The match was about to four days but due to heat wave in UK, it was reduced to three days. Earlier, team India won the toss and decided to bat first.

Indian players failed to open the innings very good where Dhawan and Pujara were gone within 5 runs. Vijay and Rahane added few runs where Rahane scored 17 runs only. Vijay made a half century out there. He made partnership with Kohli where Kohli scored 68 runs. Haul scored 58 runs, Karthik scored 82 runs highest and Pandya scored 51 runs so far. By playing 100.2 overs team India lost all wickets and scored 395 runs so far. Walter took four wickets for Essex.

Later, Essex came to chase the score and according to the last news they are in the crease with 237 runs in exchange for five wickets. Browne and Chopra opened the innings where in 13 runs opener Browne was gone. Chopra was no better but added 16 runs only. Captain Westley and Pepper played well where Westley scored 57 runs and Pepper scored 68 runs so far. Now, Forter and Walter are in crease and finished the 2nd day successfully. They played 58 overs and lost five wickets. They have a chance to win the match still. Now, all the 3rd day is still in hand and they also have five wickets. So, let’s see the next day.
