Not only player IPL made the Coaches millionaire. The income of some of the people who work as a coach or consultant in the IPL is like giving up on the forehead. Players’ auction is open to them and their numbers are easily known. However, the agreement with the coaches does not come in the media. The Times of India has now released the wages of coaches for the one IPL season.

When the IPL started in 2008, the salary of a franchisee was 40 lakh rupees. In the tenth year, the salary of the lowest paid coach has reached Rs 70 lakh. Get it, Brad Hodge, working for Gujarat Lions. Rahul Dravid is the highest paid manager. Dravid, who worked as a mentor for Delhi Daredevils, got Rs 4.5 crore. While working as the mentor of the Mumbai Indians, Ricky Ponting received almost the same amount of pay.

Royal Challengers Bangalore coach Daniel Vettori and Kolkata Knight Riders’ mentor Jacques Kallis got three and a half million rupees. Virender Sehwag working for Kings XI Punjab, Mahela Jayawardene of Mumbai Indians, Steven Fleming working for Pune Super Giant, Tom Moody who made Sanandar Hyderabad Hyderabad the last time, gets 2.5 million to 3 crore rupees. It is also learned that Sachin Tendulkar, who is practically not doing anything for Mumbai Indians, is not required to do the job. Yet he gets more honor than Dravid.

Just two months work so much money, what evil!

The most paid coach in the world of cricket is none other than the IPL. That name is Anil Kumble. If the Indian coach has made a new claim to the BCCI, then the former captain will get eight crore rupees a year!
