However, they have the maximum chance to qualify for final because they already beat England once earlier in the tournament. And now if the next match will draw or finished with no result, then they will proceed to the final. But if England will win the match, then considering the calculation, the finalist will be declared.

However, today we would like to talk about the fifth match of the tournament which was between Australia and New Zealand. Australia finished a dual tournament against England currently where they faced ODI series defeat. But since the beginning of the tournament, they are in great form and already played all four matches here. They won all four times so far.

However, yesterday which was 16th February, 2018 the match between Australia and New Zealand was taken place in Eden Park, Auckland. In the match, New Zealand was regarded as the favourite considering their current position on ICC T20I ranking. Team Black Caps is in 2nd position on the ICC T20I point table where Australia is behind them and so, they were the favourite. But in the field the picture was changed when Australia came to bat. The match was under the control of Black Caps and they were about to win the match.

In 16th February, 2018 New Zealand won the toss earlier and decided to bat first. It was a great choice for Black Caps and they started to dominate the Aussie bowlers since the beginnings. By playing 20 overs team New Zealand scored 243 runs when they lost six wickets. The score was so higher and they almost secured the match. Martin Guptill made a century out there. He scored 105 runs by facing only 54 balls. For Aussie bowlers, Kane Richardson took two wickets highest. However, it was the second T20I century for Martin Guptill and also he has become the leading run scorer in T20I competition.

But surprisingly team Australia chased the score successfully. They took 18.5 overs to chase it. Most of their players played very well and destroyed Black Caps bowling line up. D’Arcy Short scored highest 76 runs in 44 balls. He was also announced as the player of the match.
