Floyd Mayweather may have retired last year, but it looks like he hasn’t lost his touch a bit.

The 50-0 American boxer, who hung up his gloves after stopping Conor McGregor last August, took to his official Instagram account to share a video of himself from sparring.

Mayweather looked as sharp as ever as he unleashed a few punches before showing off his defensive skills against 19-year-old Josue Vargas at his own gym.

However, Vargas, who holds a 11-1 record in the professional ranks, accused Mayweather of ‘hating on him’ by posting the clip from the sparring session on social media.

The best fighter in the world, the pound-for-pound number one that I looked up to growing up as a fighter,” Vargas was quoted as saying by FightHype.

“I still looked up to. Not anymore though. My own promoter, Floyd Mayweather, who signed me at 17 years old, hating on me.

“I don’t know if he’s hating on me or not but why hate? Bro you’re the best fighter in the world, just because I’m winning – and you’re not putting me into fight. My manager is doing your job.

“The promoter and manager’s job. Come on man. Don’t hate because I’m winning by knockout. Catching these bodies,” he concluded before hurling a couple of expletive words.”
