Conor McGregor never ceases to amaze us – be it his dance-walking, pre-match talks, or fighting skills.

And, he’s at it again. The Irish MMA star, who lost to Floyd Mayweather in his boxing debut earlier this year, has called out the American pugilist for a fight inside the Octagon.

McGregor, the reigning UFC lightweight champion, looked impressive in the early rounds but ran out of gas before being stopped in the 10th by Mayweather, who improved to 50-0 and announced his retirement thereafter.

“What sickens me is that the little m**********r is retired now. If I had another go with him, under boxing rules, I’d get that win. He had to change his whole approach,” McGregor, 29, was quoted as saying by The Sun.

“Originally he was saying an MMA bout next. That’s what he said before the fight. He did say an MMA fight. So if he wants to, lets f*****g do it.

“I earned their respect and put myself out there. Style over to my side and earn our respect now.”

However, the chances of a rematch with Mayweather — even inside a boxing ring — appear highly unlikely as the latter has time and again reiterated that he will never fight again.
