WATCH: Maria Sharapova completes Lucas Pouille’s challenge on Twitter
Maria Sharapova may be away from tennis, serving a ban for using a banned substance, but she is still making her racquet talk.
The Russian superstar, who is slated to resume on professional tour come April, took up a #BottleFlipChallenge, challenged by fellow tennis player Lucas Pouille.
Pouille, currently ranked No. 17 in the men’s rankings, wrote on Twitter: “Pretty good at this game @stanwawrinka @MariaSharapova If you want to beat me, try it with a double bottle flip #BottleFlipChallenge.”

The challenge involves flipping a bottle off the racquet and getting it back on the strings in the same, upright position. Pretty tricky, isn’t it?
Even Maria Sharapova didn’t find it easy, but she eventually got it done. “Forget the double! After a 100 tries , single flip challenge accepted @la_pouille @evianwater,” Sharapova, 29, wrote along with her video successfully completing the challenge.
