VIDEO: Ana Konjuh Left Bamboozled After Loud Music Interrupts Her Serve at US Open
Ana Konjuh was left bamboozled after her serve was interrupted by an out-of-the-blue loud music at the US Open 2016 on Monday.
It happened during her fourth-round battle against No. 4 seed Agnieszka Radwanska on Arthur Ashe Stadium, when Konjuh tossed the ball up to serve, only to be interrupted by a loud courtside music that momentarily shook her up.
This, however, didn’t stop her from causing a major upset as she clinched a 6-4 6-4 victory to book her maiden quarter-final appearance at a Grand Slam event.
Moving on, Konjuh is scheduled to cross the swords with No. 10 seed Karolina Pliskova in the last-eight stage.
