Garbine Muguruza knows how to relax after a gruelling season.

The Spanish tennis star traded the racquet for a surfboard as she enjoyed a session of surfing. She later took to her official Instagram account to share a picture with her fans. “Hi there,” she simply captioned the image to her 576,000 followers.

Muguruza had a memorable 2017. She won her second Grand Slam title at Wimbledon before briefly rising to No. 1 in the WTA rankings.

The 24-year-old will look to carry the momentum next year when she begins her campaign at the Brisbane International – a warm-up event for the season’s first major, the Australian Open 2018.
