Former Tennis Star Li Na Expecting Her Second Child with Husband Jiang Shan

Former two-time Grand Slam champion, Li Na, is expecting her second baby with husband Jiang Shan. The news comes almost a year after the tennis star gave birth to her child Alisa on June 3 last year.

Li and Jiang had tied the knot back in 2006.

IMG Tennis, Li’s management company, took to Twitter to break the news. “Happy news for Li Na and Jiang Shan who are expecting their 2nd baby. Daughter Alisa will turn 1 June 3. #LiNaBaby,” it read.

The 34-year-old achieved many laurels in her career including major titles at the 2011 French Open and 2014 Australian Open, before she decided to call a time in September 2014 due to a chronic knee injury.
