Some of the leading tennis players in the world celebrated the New Year’s eve at Hopman Cup player party held in Perth on Sunday night.

Players from all participating teams – Switzerland, Australia, Germany, Belgium, United States of America, Japan, Canada, and Russia – graced their presence at the gala.

Meanwhile, in the three fixtures so far, USA defeated Russia 2-1 on Saturday before Switzerland scored a 3-0 win over Japan in the evening session. On Sunday, Australia won both singles rubbers against Canada.

The tournament will resume on Monday, with Belgium taking on Germany in the morning session before Japan square off against USA later in the day.
