Tennis superstar Rafael Nadal whisked away to the mountainous region of Sainte-Agnes in France with his girlfriend Maria Francissca Perrelo.

The 30-year-old, subsequently, took to his Twitter account to share a snapshot, where the couple could be seen spending some quality time on the alps.

“Relaxing days #SainteAgnes,” the wrote the captain alongside.

Nadal, who ended his season last month due to a wrist injury, is slated to kick-start the new year at the Mubadala World Tennis Championship – a three-day exhibition event – scheduled to be held from December 29-31 in Abu Dhabi.

The Spaniard will, then, make his maiden appearance at the Brisbane International before competing at the prestigious Australian Open in January.
