Star Indian cricketer Virat Kohli dodged a question on his rumoured break-up with Anushka Sharma during an event where he was named the brand ambassador of watch-manufacturing company Tissot.

The rumor mills have been rife of late claiming the duo’s split after they unfollowed each other on social media sites Twitter and Instagram; though nothing has been confirmed as yet by any of the two.

The 27-year-old Kohli – known to keep his private life confidential – lived up to his reputation when he lashed out at reporters obliquely wanting to know his relationship status.

“Relationship with who? Anyone? I am not a relationship counsellor. So that’s not a question you should be asking me. Ask the experts please,” he snapped when asked about relationships in general.

Asked if which Bollywood celebrity would he gift a Tissot watch to, Kohli gushed: “I would gift it to someone in my family first. I don’t know why that question. What’s the connect?

“It could be a cricket team member as well. Let’s stick to what we are here for rather than trying to swing things in the other direction.”
