The Authority primarily refers to the power couple of Triple H and Stephanie McMahon, the leaders of the new corporation. It is a group of wrestlers such as Seth Rollins, Kane, Big Show and J & J security. Since SummerSlam 2013, the Authority has been the most dominant group in WWE. As the evil overlords, they have sought to create a new WWE in their vision, pushing their favorites instead of the fan favorites.

The truth is, WWE would be much better if, either the Authority’s prominence was reduced significantly, or if they disappeared from shows altogether. They don’t really contribute anything new to the show, anyway.

Triple H often say what’s ‘best for business’ instead they should do what’s ‘best for profession’.
