Total pool of US Open Tennis Prize Money for 2014 grand slam has increased to $38.3 million where the winners of mens & Womens singles draw will take home record $3 million while there is 10% increase for each round payout in singles while 12.5% increase in mens and women doubles. check out the detailed breakdown blow.

Last grand slam of the year (US Open Tennis Championship) is just around the corner and today we take a look at the prize money breakdown for the 2nd highest paying tennis grand slam in the world. US Open has increased its overall prize money pool by 4 million to $38.3 million compared to $34.3 million last year.

The winners of single draws (mens & women) champions will take home a massive $3 million in prize money which is the highest in all grand slams. US Open is the 2nd highest paying grand slam just behind wimbledon who paid out $42.5 million in prize money this year, next is French Open which paid around $34.5 million while Australian Open also increased their overall prize money from 2015 competition to $38 million after they paid out $33m in 2014.

Blow is the round by round breakdown of US Open Prize money which will be awarded in 2014 and the biggest difference is for the winners of single’s draw championship which will get $3m compared to 2013 where singles winners were awarded $2.6m.
