NFL Week 6: Packers vs Dolphins Highlights
Green Bay took on the Miami Dolphins in South Florida today (Sun., October 12, 2014).
The Packers were coming off a huge Week 5 win over the Minnesota Vikings, while the Dolphins sat at 2-2 after their Week 5 bye.
While Green Bay had supposedly got their high-powered offense back on track, Miami’s defense was ready to prove that theory wrong.
Aaron Rodgers drew first blood for the Packers, hitting receiver Jordy Nelson with a 9-yard strike (courtesy of Vine):
The Dolphins and Packers traded field goals, then Miami quarterback hit receiver Jarvis Landry with an 11-yard score (Vine):
Green Bay added another score of their own with a 5-yard pass to Randall Cobb (Vine):
But the Dolphins came roaring back with two scores of their own, the first being a 5-yard run by Lamar Miller (Vine):
The second was a 5-yard pass to Mike Wallace (Vine):
The Packers kicked a field goal to cut the Dolphins’ lead to 24-20 late. They got the ball again and drove down the field to score this incredible touchdown on a throw to tight end Andrew Quarless with only 3 seconds left to win 27-24 (Vine):
