NFL Week 6: Chargers vs Raiders Highlights
The San Diego Chargers came into today’s (Sun., October 12, 2014) AFC West match-up against the Oakland Raiders on fire.
They had won four straight games after dropping a close game to the Arizona Cardinals in Week 1, their most recent win a one-sided 31-0 shutout of the New York Jets in Week 5.
Meanwhile, Oakland was in disarray at 0-4. They fired head coach Dennis Allen during their bye week, with offensive line coach Tony Sparano filling in as interim head coach.
It was supposed to be a blowout. It turned out to be a shootout.
