- Top 2 teams will qualify for the Champions League group stages next year.
- 3rd Place team will play Champions League playoff
- 4th and 5th place team will qualify for Europa League
- 18th, 19th and 20th will get relegated.
French League division one will be starting on 9th August 2013 with couple of very exciting games on the first week, Bordeaux host AS Monaco in the first round match, while Champions Paris Saint German will take on Montpellier on 9th August. There will be usual 20 suspects in the 2013-14 season and PSG will going into the new season as title hopefulls, while newly promoted AS Monaco has got some massive names and they will be a sure challenge for the title.
