Adidas vs Sports Direct Row – Adidas Refuse to Supply Kits

In the big news today we can reveal that German sports manufacturer Adidas currently going through a row with english sports stuff distributors Sports-Direct. They refuse to supply Chelsea kits to Sports Direct and now they might stop supplying and working with Sports direct totaly. In the news today Sports direct share price has gotten a major hit and this is the same company owned by Newcatle United owner Mike Ashley.

Today Adidas spokes man release this information:

Adidas just Like any other manufacturer, continously keep in check, season by season, the channels where our goods are distributed. We determine these channels on the basis of in-store environment and customer service approach.

Adidas want to promote their products as premium one’s and they believe sports directs discount policies does not fit very well with the german brand. Adidas reportedly worth around $18 Billion and they are always in the war with American brand Nike and Puma. Mike Ashley interestingly had 3pc shares in Adidas which he sold at the profit of $30 Million, Mike Ashley is furious with Adidas at the moment but he ruled out chance of any legal action against the german giants.
