World No. 1 Novak Djokovic showed off his muscle power as he smashed a medicine ball so hard that it disturbed the wooden flooring at a gym he was training at.

The Serb took to his official Instagram account to share the incident with his 5.4 million followers, joking his French Open participation has been put ‘under review’ consequently, adding he’s ready to compensate for the repairs.

He wrote: “Today warming up in the gym before my practice I used a medicine ball by slamming it on the floor pretty hard. As a result, I wrecked a wooden floor. @rolandgarros please forgive me. Or actually I will pay my dues. Just fyi I left Paris for several days until the investigation is completed… my participation at RG is maybe under review?”

No wonder, fans were quick to give him names like “Hulk” and “Beast” among the others.

On a serious note, Djokovic is one of the top contenders to win the Parisian Slam alongside the likes of Rafael Nadal and Dominic Thiem to name a few.

The 15-time Grand Slam champion, who triumped in Madrid before losing to Nadal in the Rome final recently, is scheduled to lock horns with Hubert Hurkacz of Poland in his opening rubber on Monday.
