Novak Djokovic hints at taking up coaching after retirement from tennis
Tennis superstar Novak Djokovic executed an interesting volley when served up with a question on his post-retirement plans.
The top-ranked Serb, who is currently making merry at the China Open in Beijing with an incredible 26-0 record at the tournament, revealed that he would like to be associated with tennis even after hanging up his boots from the professional circuit.
“Tennis is my life! I’ll probably try to stay in the middle. Or why not coach someone one day,” was the 28-year-old’s response, as quoted by Sport24.
Interestingly, Djokovic is currently working under former great Boris Becker, under whom he’s had a glorious season this year, winning three off the four Grand Slam titles in 2015 alone.
