Alexander Zverev must be a happy man after winning the BMW Open in Munich, for he won a lot more than just a trophy, prize money and 250 ranking points.

By a lot more, we mean luxurious car: a BMW i8 Roadster.

Soon after he beat 6th seed Philipp Kohlschreiber 6-3 6-3 in an all-German final, Zverev took his new car for a spin around the clay court.

Doesn’t mind his latest possession getting a little dirty, does he?

“I had to play my best tennis to have a chance, and that is what I did. I found my rhythm and felt very good on court,” Zverev told ATP World Tour after his triumph.

Meanwhile, the 21-year-old has little time to rest as he’s scheduled to jet away to Spain for the Madrid Masters.

Seeded second, he has a bye first up and will face either Greek wildcard Stefanos Tsitsipas or Russian qualifier Evgeny Donskoy in the second round.
