SEE: Dog attends Indian Wells match between Karolina Pliskova and Amanda Anisimova
If you were at Stadium 2 to watch the fourth-round match between Karolina Pliskova and Amanda Anisimova at the BNP Parisbas Open in Indian Wells on Wednesday, and you heard a dog bark, it’s quite possible you weren’t dreaming.
For, there was a canine out there in the spectator stands.
A dog was spotted watching the proceedings (well, as keenly as a tennis fan) from Anisimova’s box. And, the cameras were quick to shift its focus.

This is not the first time that dogs have been spotted on and around the tennis courts.
Back in 2014, Venus Williams and Svetlana Kuznetsova played a match ahead of the ASB Classic with dogs replacing the ball boys.
Last year, a Brazil tournament had four-legged friends to assist the players with balls.
Hence proved, dogs love tennis too!
