John Terry bundled home into his own net in 11th minute of the game to put Swansea City 1-0 up and Chelsea looked a bit shaky at the back in the first half as Swansea kept hitting them on decent counter attacking moves.

At that point Chelsea got comfortable and controlled the game and they finished off any chances swansea had when Costa completed his very first Chelsea hattrick.
