arsenal vs Besiktas Highlights Alexis Sanchez goal video

Arsenal played out a 0-0 draw against Besiktas in the first leg of Champions League qualifier a week ago which put extra pressure on them going into the return leg at Emirates. Arsenal started the game strongly in the first half but Besiktas held their own and made life difficult for Arsenal until moments before the break when record summer signing Alexies Sanchez popper up with his first competitive Arsenal goal at the stroke of half time.

the goal was made by Jack Wilshere who got the ball at the edge of the box before releasing Sanchez down the right side who slotted home with a low right footed shot in the far post. Arsenal kept playing good football after the break and never looked like in trouble defensively but that second goal never arrived which meant there was this fine line between Arsenal going to group stages of champions league or Besiktas. Turkish side just needed a goal and a score draw would have taken them to next round as they would be ahead on away goals rule.

Mathieu Debuchy [ Red Card ] – Arsenal night was got even more difficult when Debuchy was sent off with his second yellow card in 74th minute of the game. But in the end it all worked out fine for Arsenal after the rode bit of luck and managed to hang on to their 1-0 lead.
