After so many speculations Rajasthan Royals  has come to the 11th episode of Indian Premier League. They have suffered two years punishment from IPL due to unauthorised betting actions. So, they did not take part in last two episodes of IPL. Now in the 11th episode they have come back once again and also they are in good form. Though their starting in the season was not so good. They faced defeat at the beginning but later, they made a balance squad and now they are in the winning streak. We would like to talk about their 5th match in the tournament. In the match, Rajasthan Royals managed 3rd victory in IPL where the match was against Mumbai Indians.

Now, if we consider the fact of the opponent Mumbai Indians, they are in worst position. The match against Rajasthan Royals was the 5th match of Mumbai Indians and by playing the matches, they won only once. They also failed to win the inaugural match of them but later, they just managed victory once.

So, by analyzing both teams Rajasthan Royals is in good position than Mumbai Indians. Now, here we come to consider the match between Mumbai Indians and Rajasthan Royals. The match between them was the 21st match of the tournament. The match was taken place in 22nd April, 2018 and it was the Sawai Mansingh Stadium, Jaipur where the match was taken place. It was the home venue of Rajasthan Royals and so, they got the home venue favour.

Earlier, Mumbai Indians won the toss and decided to bat first. Though, most of the times toss winning team used to decide to bowl first but last few matches it was changed. So, it seems hard to predict the winner. So, MI took the decision to bat first.

Yadav and Lewis started to bat for MI where Lewis did not able to open his run account. Ishan and Yadav made a partnership that added 130 runs so far. Yadav scored 72 runs and Ishan scored 58 runs so far. Pollard also added 21 runs so far. So, at the end of 20 overs Mumbai Indians scored 167 runs in exchange for seven wickets.

Openers failed to manage big score but later, Samson and Stokes played well where Samson scored 52 runs and Stokes scored 40 runs so far. Later, Gowtham led the team RR to victory by making final touch. They also lost seven wickets and in 19.4 overs they made the chase successful.
