It’s no secret that Virat Kohli likes to keep his life with wife Anushka Sharma personal. Barring a few social media posts, the Indian cricketer hardly discusses private life publicly.

And, he’s at it again!

Insisting on the that fact that celebrities too are human beings, Kohli said that public scrutiny on his private life makes him uncomfortable even as he’s learnt how to deal with it.

“The constant public scrutiny about my personal life can become a bit uncomfortable at times,” the star batsman was quoted as saying by Press Trust of India.

“However, I have learnt how to handle it. Celebrities are also normal human beings. They are just like any other person, and I feel people should let them have their space.”

Talking about how he chills out during the off days, the 29-year-old replied he is like any other young man.

“I keep a good balance between my personal and professional life. When I am with family, I try to completely switch off from cricket,” he said.

“I try to catch up with friends, watch a movie or go out for a drive. I like spending time with my dog.”

Meanwhile, Kohli, who is currently captaining Royal Challengers Bangalore at the Indian Premier League, is scheduled to fly down to United Kingdom for a County stint before leading India in a bilateral series against England.
