Pakistan cricketer Ahmed Shehzad tests positive for marijuana: Reports
Pakistan cricketer Ahmed Shehzad has reportedly been tested positive for marijuana. He could face a ban of at least three months, according to Geo TV.
A player has reportedly tested positive for a prohibited substance. But under ICC rules PCB cannot name the player or chargesheet him until the chemical report is CONFIRMED by the Anti-Dope Agency of the government. We should have an answer in a day or two.

The 26-year-old’s sample was taken during the just-concluded Pakistan Cup, where his team Khyber Pakhtunkhwa emerged victorious. Prior to that, he had featured in his country’s tour of Scotland that comprised of just two Twenty20 Internationals (T20I).
The Pakistan Cricket Board made the news public during a meeting with head coach Mickey Arthur to discuss the team for their upcoming tour to Zimbabwe, where they will also be joined by Australia for a triangular T20I series that gets under way on July 1.
The report added Shehzad’s fate will be determined by the World Anti-Doping Agency even as he has the right to give his sample for a second test again.
Shehzad, who primarily plays as an opening batsman, has played 13 Tests, 81 One-Day Internationals and 57 T20Is till date.
