Indian captain MS Dhoni is renowned for his candid approach not only towards the game, but also in his articulation.

Having retired from Test cricket with no erstwhile tip-off whatsoever, many fans – especially the Indian supporters – feared that their influential skipper might retire soon after the Dhoni-led India bowed out of the World Cup 2015 on Thursday.

However, there’s no vision of retirement as for now for Dhoni, who might even mull leading the side at the World Cup 2019.

“I am 33, I’m still running; I’m still fit,” an optimistic Dhoni affirmed after India’s 95-run defeat to hosts Australia, asquoted by CricBuzz. “I will have a year’s time. Maybe close to next year during the T20 World Cup will be the time when I will decide whether I can continue till the 2019 World Cup or not.”

Even Australia captain Michael Clarke seemed might impressed with Dhoni’s clout.

“I am pretty sure it’s not going to be (Dhoni’s last World Cup). He’s got a lot of cricket left in him,” said Clarke, who now prepares to lead his side in the title-clash against co-hosts New Zealand.
