India will be playing a massive game in the Champions Trophy against archrivals Pakistan, Although India has already booker their place in the semifinals and Pakistan are dumped out of the competition but there is still alot at stake for both the sides, and if rain does not interept we will have a cracking games where both teams want nothing but a win for different reasons. India would like to keep their form going into the semifinals while Pakistan will be looking go sign of the United Kingdom tour on a high when they takes on India.

Paksitan have been poor in the Champions Trophy so far, none of their batsman apart from Captain Misbah Ul Haq managed to score runs, top order failed in both games with Imran Farhat struggling big time on seasming tracks while Muhammad Hafeez and Asad Shafiq also could not cope with the conditions. Pakistan batting has always been their problem but since the likes of Inzmam Ul Haq, Younis Khan and Muhammad Yousif have been ditched or retired their batting has been a real worry and they have to come up with some sort of solution to that, they have some utility players like Shoaib Malik and Kamran Akmal who are good batters in sub continent conditions but as soon as they travel abroad they can not cope with the change of condition and wickets.

India on the other hand have been the best team in the competition so far, played two matches won both of them comprehansively and they will be looking to keep their momentum going into the semifinal by getting another win against Pakistan, and they will also be looking to take the revenge of the 2-1 series defeat which they suffered in the hands of Pakistan back in December-January this year.
