The Indian selection committee has made 5 changes to India’s one-day international squad for the 4th and 5th match against Sri Lanka at home.

With the series already in India’s hands, the selectors opted to give chance to some fringe players in place of a few key players, who played a crucial acquittal to help the hosts take an unassailable 3-0 lead in the 5-match series.

While Shikhar Dhawan, Ravindra Jadeja, Ishant Sharma, Wriddhiman Saha, Amit Mishra and Murali Vijay have been rested, the selectors have named Rohit Sharma, Karn Sharma, Vinay Kumar, Robin Uthappa and Kedar Jadhav as their replacements.

Rohit will be making his return from an injury that kept him out of action for a few weeks. Meanwhile, Vinay and Robin will be making their return after tasting success in the domestic circuit.

SQUAD: Virat Kohli (C), Ajinkya Rahane, Rohit Sharma, Ambati Rayudu, Suresh Raina, Robin Uthappa, Axar Patel, Karn Sharma, Ravichandran Ashwin, Umesh Yadav, Dhawal Kulkarni, Stuart Binny, Vinay Kumar, Kedar Jadhav.
