VIDEO: Dereck Chisora stuns Artur Szpilka with unbelievable knockout

Dereck Chisora pulled off perhaps the most stylish win of his career on Saturday night after he stopped Artur Szpilka inside two rounds in a heavyweight clash that was expected to go down to the wire.

Chisora, now 31-9, launched the attack by hurting Szpilka (22-4) with a body shot before landing a right hook flush in the face. He then followed it up with a vicious right, then left, and another right as Szpilka fizzled out in dramatic fashion.

The quick result turns out to be quite surprising, given the fact Szpilka has never been stopped so early before. For those unaware, even KO artist Deontay Wilder, the reigning WBC champion, needed nine rounds to stop the Polish star when they fought back in January 2016.

Seconds after the win, the 35-year-old Chisora was quick to call out former WBO champion Joseph Parker.

“We want to try and get Joseph Parker,” the 35-year-old was quoted as saying by NewsHub. “As long as he don’t (sic) run like no Australian chicken, I’m down for that fight and I’m looking forward to that fight.”

Parker was quick to accept the challenge. Posting a picture from Chisora’s latest triumph, the New Zealander wrote on Instagram: “Congratulations @derekwarchisora. See you very soon.”

What more? Chisora’s promoter David Haye even claimed Parker and his promoter Eddie Hearn are ready to close the deal.

Should be an interesting fight, no?
