India Team Squad Announced:
India Test Squad:
In: Ishwar Pandey
Out: Pragyan Ojha
India Odi squad:
Ins: Ishwar Pandey, Stuart Binny, Varun Aaron
Outs: Yuvraj Singh, Mohit Sharma, Umesh Yadav
Indian squad for the New Zealand series to be played in January 2014 will be announced on Tuesday 31st December 2013 that will include the ODI squad and Test Squad.
Selectors will announce the squad on tuesday, from BCCI head quarters at around 12:30 PM India time and we can expect both squads list as selectores would like to give test team memebers head start to get in terms with conditions in New Zealand.
India are suppose to play 5 ODI matches and 2 Test Matches and the series will start from 19 January 2014 for the first ODI match in Napier.
Yusuf may get a recal. India wil b sending a medium team, some playrs wil b rested
I would have expected sanju samson in the odi squad in place of ambati raydu, and stuart binny was a good call because we needed a all rounder
And sounds good that ishwar pandey and varun arron are back ,I would like if ms dhoni makes ajinkya rahane opens the batting in place of murali vijay and see how he plays.
Yes right thinking, rahane play the role as an opner in place of vijay
Ishant Sharma must get a breakkk for 2 years ..or more ..
where is sewag, the team is better but only 7 batsman here and opening is not stable my openion is sewag is the best opening player
yes you are right sehwag is definately need his place in this indian squed.
i think that selectors have to give a chance to gautam bcz shikhar dhawan is not plying well as we have seen in south africa.
selectors ki maya kanhi dhup kanhi chaya !!! Ishant sharma will get 100 chance and others like umesh yadav only once. at last few new one . HOPE FOR THE BEST
I think salectors have give one chance gautam gambheer or sehwag becose Rohit sharma is out of form
I think selectors should give a chance hs Sharath and vijay kumar
Ishwar pandey should be replaced by umesh yadav…. so we can have two bowlers in odi squad who can ball more than a speed of 140 km and In my opinion irfan pathan should be given chance in the place of genuine allrounder for India as he has already mentioned in his interview that he is focusing on his batting skills….. beacause he was was the only man who has given a sign of all roundering after kapil dev
i think sehwag is best player in the all formats as opener.
indian team must reqired sehwag as senior, best opener records. atleast 3 senior players needed.
best of luch INDIA
the committe members may give chance to m vijay in odi at no 5 or 6.the bowler i want in odi is ishant, ishwar, shami, ashwin and all as jadu or binny
in test ishant,zaheer,varun,shami
and take shikar, rohit out and give chance to vijay and sehwag or gambhir and all others r perfect because we lose the sa series due to the unstable performance of the openers
why the selector’s dropped to Pragyan Ojha?
I surprised because pragyan ojha not selected in test squad he performed very well in mumbai test against westindies he should have been selected in the place of ashwin
selectors should have been rested for ashwin because he not performed well in the first test against south africa but still still is in the team due to dhoni support.
I m also accept this comments dhoni s always need aswin
selectors 1 misstake irfan pathan including the team
irfan pathan should play because he is only genuine allrounder
WHY INDIAN TEAM NOT PLAYING IN OUT OF COUNTRY
gambhir should be there
Openers not good same team deff India loss this series also kohli only playing well we expect sehwag and gambhir in bowling irfan patan at least next series
want yuvi in d squad yaar
Wid u faisal want yuvi dude
if r ashwin is number one test allrounder why not dhoni send him down oder he will score quick as he done also put opposition under pressure
gambhir should be in…. becoz he is showing his nice form in ronjy trpphy
gambhir should be in and dhawan or rohit or vijay should be out ,but selectors wish ,what can we do
Laxmi Ratan Shukla the best all rounder 2013-14 ranji with nearly 500 runs and Ashok Dinda best bowler with 30 wickets 13-14 season.Didnt get selected.varun aaron was out for more than 2years.this always happens with bengal players.
ok all right when selectors are chose a team is right because they think all point to
make decision best luck indian team
give a chance to gautam gambhir he is one of the greatest player 0f test &odi
sehwag is a greatest player in a world. selectors plz give him one chance.
Yes, players like Sehwag,Gambhir,Yuvraj and Harbhajan should be in the team because they are experienced players.
YUVRAJ & GAMBIR PLAY IN INDIAN TEAM FUTURE OF WORLD CUP ITS MY OPPINION
YES SEHWAG IS A GREATAST PLAYERS IN A WORLD.SELECTORS PLZ GIVE HIM ONE CHANCE PLZ DOHNI
i think sehwag should get chance in team…………..it will a good practice for icc t20 world cup in bangladesh
I would like to see irfan pathan as an all rounder in swinging and seaming conditions and he can bat and a decent fielder. Dinesh kartik should be playing in australia and new zealand with due respect to dhoni as wicket keeper batsman in tests.
I think selector have give a chance for yuvi, shewag& gambir because of DHONI only these guys are in out…my point of view dhoni ntng did xpect captiancy….first dhoni wants to out and he creating partiality. …simply saying dhoni totally waste for indian team….
wasim jafar best cricketer in test.i should selectet w j.
rahne and dahwan open the batting
i think umesh is better than ishant. ishant ko team india ka jaan chorna chahiye aur riydu se ziyada tilented india u 19 me he Sanju, Zol, or unmukt chand ko us ki jga pe kilana behtar hoga
SEND DHONI OUT OF THE TEAM SEHWAG SHOULD BE IN…….
SEWHAG; YUVRAJ; GAMBHIR; IRFAN PATHAN;SHOULD BE IN.DHONI MURLY SHOULD BE OUT…
SEWHAG WILL BE ALWAYS BETTER THAN DHONI
Ishant sharma will get 100 chance and others like umesh yadav only once & irfan pathan, gouta gambhir , zahir khan no chance in ODI. WHAT IS THIS . HOPE FOR THE BEST
I thing selectors give a chance the indian. best opener gauti & sewag
Am asking to the Indian selector why Pragyan ojha dropped? And as far as opening concern viru and gauti is perfect pair
In test we can keep the opening rohith sharma and shikar dhwan
all the best guys.
